2.1 Data Stored Locally (On Your Device Only)

• Property portfolio records (addresses, prices, descriptions, photos)
• Listing information and platform connections
• Appointment schedules and meeting details
• Contact information (customers, brokers, partners)
• Financial records (deposits, commissions)
• Notes and reminders
• Daily rental data (reservations, guests, cash register)
• App settings and preferences (language, theme, PIN)

This data is stored using AsyncStorage on your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use the license verification feature.

2.2 Data Sent to Our Server (License Verification Only)

• Device identifier (anonymous, generated by the App)
• License status checks
• License application information (name, email, phone — only when you apply)

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Call logs or SMS
• Browser history
• Advertising identifiers
• Usage analytics or tracking
• Your property data, contacts, or financial records

3. How We Use Your Data

The limited data we receive is used solely for:

• Verifying your license status
• Processing license applications and renewals
• Providing customer support when requested

4. Data Storage & Security

All your business data (properties, contacts, financials) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We recommend:

• Enabling PIN lock in App Settings
• Regularly backing up your device
• Keeping your device software updated

5. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with the following third-party services:

• Google Play Billing — for subscription management (governed by Google's privacy policy)
• Device Camera & Gallery — for adding property photos (accessed only with your permission)

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through Settings → Clear All Data within the App. Uninstalling the App also removes all locally stored data.

• Access your data (all data is visible within the App)
