Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Real Estate Mobile Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Real Estate Mobile Manager is a mobile CRM application designed for real estate professionals. The App provides tools for property portfolio management, listings, appointments, contacts, financial tracking, notes, reminders, and daily rental management.

3. User Accounts & Licenses

The App offers both free and premium tiers:

• Free: Limited records per category, limited photos per listing
• Premium (Subscription): Unlimited records, photos, videos, and multi-device support

Premium subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation are governed by Google Play's policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All data you enter into the App
• Maintaining the security of your device and PIN code
• Backing up your data regularly
• Ensuring the accuracy of property, contact, and financial information
• Complying with local real estate laws and regulations

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you create within the App. We do not claim any rights to your property listings, contacts, financial records, or other content.

6. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or software issues
• Financial decisions made based on App data
• Accuracy of property valuations or market data
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Serdar Berke Ozyasar. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
